In some pictures from the film the case does look more like a titanium case or at least a matte steel case as seen on the Quartz watch mentioned earlier, and not as shiny as the now standard (brushed) steel case.
That model is not available anymore, and currently modelnumber H70455553 Automatic is the most similar in design. The Hamilton watch in the film is the Hamilton Khaki Field H684410 Quartz version, ref. Giancarlo Giannini as René Mathis wears a Hamilton Khaki Field watch in the movie Quantum of Solace (2008).
